Hello and welcome to my fat loss and wellness blog for women, www.FitRichWoman.com! This site is a guide for a woman (that would be you) determined to learn the secrets to:

- Get and keep a tight ass and abs that doesn’t require a gym, expensive equipment or more than ONE hour of exercise per week.
- Eat AWESOME tasting food that helps me to EFFORTLESSLY stay lean for life!
Why…
Well, because like you I want to have the best of both worlds: Great, yummy food and a hot, rocking flab free, healthy body… at the same time, of course. But, also because I AM AFRAID!
Everyday I am reminded by the reality of my diabetic father, my mother who has high cholesterol and blood pressure, my obese sister and similar experiences of friends that remind us to take better care of our bodies than we do now. In your own families you see evidence of what’s to come if changes aren’t made sooner than later.
Many, many dis-eases could be avoided and better managed with being more conscious of what we feed and move our bodies. So, I educate myself on how to think, eat and move my body to live my best life and I share what I learn here with you.
On top of that, my sexy abs have been hidden by the “mommy belly” long enough…AND I’m tired of having to find creative ways to camouflage my trouble spots from my wonderful husband and the rest of the world with bigger, baggier unfashionable clothing (I mean, come on, I’m to fierce for Lane Bryant). It’s time for the belly fat and body flab to go!
So…
If you are tired of sacrificing getting a lean body and taking full charge of your health in the pursuit of your career, caring for others (growing kids, aging parents, the BILLS!, etc) AND you’re ready to get it in gear you’ve come to the right place.
